We have packed up our RV, towed it over a hundred miles to a service center, only to be told that they don't have the right parts, delaying our travels and creating stress. This is why we founded The Wandering Wrench - to provide a reliable mobile service option that gets you back to enjoying your RV without having to leave your location.
Before we arrive at your location, we will gather as much information as possible to begin troubleshooting your issue. We will research your RV to ensure we are knowledgeable about the systems so we can complete your repairs quickly and efficiently.
When you arrive, we encourage you to ask questions and learn while we diagnose and complete your repair. You will receive clear communication outlining the work that needs to be completed, the parts that should be ordered, and the final cost of the repairs.
When we depart, you will be confident that your RV is secure and operating smoothly because you were involved in the entire process. We will stay in touch with you to ensure everything continues to function properly and address any further questions.
Who We Are:
We are Walter and Kristen Fisher, and we have been RVing as a family for over ten years. Together, we founded The Wandering Wrench to provide other RVers with a convenient option for repairs when and where they need them. Walter has extensive experience as a residential contractor, completed training at the National RV Training Academy, and is a member of the RVTAA. Kristen takes care of the scheduling, billing and assists customers with questions. We look forward to assisting soon.
